I'll take Arizona 🌵 plus it's a family home with kids mine are all grown up they cheaped out on fake grass I guess to cut down on overhead expenses I don't know the neighborhood plus a bath tub in the shower first time I seen that could be a deal breaker? Nice home though GLWS.
