I learnt how to stretch roots and avoid/remove démarcation lines from you and been using that technique since , it works like magic

I really like your incorporating multiple techniques some considered more traditional and some new ... its so much emphasis in the US on technique vs using all of your tools to create the vision!! I love your videos I would love to see more cutting with diff sectioning for effect i.e. diagonal sectioning on layers for flip back etc. And anything working with finer low density hair. Keep up the amazing work. Come to Vegas and teach please!!!!!!

Did this technique w\baby lights today using lowlights to break up the blonde, then I used the same LL color to root stretch in between blending the toner up in to the root stretch. I was shocked how blended it came out! Of course she thought it looked dark after being a solid blonde but she loved it because the blend was gorgeous and her hair looked expensive lol. James should I have painted the lowlight half way down instead of all the way down? I’m a huge fan🥰 Thank you!

Loving this, the foil placement it’s so satisfying. I would have ended with razoring the ends a bit to give the hair more life and movement.

Hi James do you use permanent colour for root stretch?
@TheLifeOfHair2 жыл бұрын
I personally don’t care just because of the future problems of highlighting through them I 99.9% of the time use Demi permanent or quasi colours just because they are somewhat easier to remove in the future if that helps all the best James
