So great to see you again! I’m still learning how to recognize my ruminations. I do it all the time! Hearing them called flashbacks was very helpful! They are flashbacks! I say I have an emotional memory because when I think about something traumatic from the past emotionally I am right back there, feeling the same emotions as if it just happened. I never really move on.

I absolutely fall in love with you again and again when I see your videos. (the upside of BPD). I hope you are corona-free like me, and I promise not to vote for Trump from over here in Florida. I'm not even close to cured of BPD. Can't afford counseling.
