Simply beautiful - what a piece of art.

Compared to the last video this house is way better, not boring and looking like a modern museum. The inside and outside are really interconnected and materials are beautifully done creating a specific type of a tranquil feeling. Well done!

I was about to say the same thing, kind of! This house I love and that other house i hate .. to live in. But, as a purely artistic value, this house is probably a bit derivative (we've seen many very similar houses on the channel), and the other blue staircase one is definitely unique.

I am more thrilled with the South African people that have moved to this Country they are amazing people and have found them selves as a very important addition to this nation. That is if i am hearing the accent correctly Noosa is a wonderful place these people are very lucky to have a slice of heaven on earth.

I love the entrance and living space connection. The floor material is also oustanding. I would call the main room "The Hybrid Room" due to the fact that it can be both indoor and outdoor.

Oh my gosh. What a wonderful video to watch first thing in the morning 🙏. This is such a beautiful and mindful śpace. Amazing job to ask the designers and architecture. Your play with lights and shadows along with the neutral colours and textures is fantastic. What really draws me in is the openness and the tall walls/texture by the staircase. I especially love the seemless transition between outside to inside. And really big shout out to the director, editor(s) and whoever filmed it. Oh gosh everything worked perfectly🥰🙏.

I find it so awkward the way so many of these architects "acknowledge the X native peoples of this land". It's the ultimate virtue signaling. What exactly do these native peoples get when you acknowledge them, besides a bitter reminder of what was taken from them? "Nice land you had here, really glad we kicked you off of it and took it for ourselves. But don't worry, I acknowledge that this used to be yours."

Seeing as our country recently voted not recognise our indigenous peoples as the First Nations of the counry, placing them front and centrre of every public statement is important, not virtue signalling, I think. It might do nothing but not acknowledging them does even more to allow the status quo.

@@janeltethanks for the support, we all do our best to navigate a challenging and understandably charged issue. I am doing my best, I didn’t steal anything, I am not even born here so not sure why the vitriol is aimed at me, it’s not my house, nor my land. Anyway, I know it’s a tough issue and no matter what one tries to do, you get it wrong. I will continue to do my best and thanks again for the support.

I'd like to acknowledge the people we stole the land from, and build 5 Million dollar houses on, because it makes me feel better and serves as a virtue signal, but you're not getting the land back. Now excuse me while i go make a few more million trading stocks or whatever so i can build another holiday house that will stay empty 80% of the time.

I Hear You. The courage it took to say such words will give countless natives feelings of comfort knowing their ancestral land is now being used for wealthy Fuck Boys.

The kitchen would have looked way better with dark stained wood rather than that nasty pale blonde wood that everyone used in the 90's.

A.K.A lots of money. Could be good if any of these architects can design a normal sq meters house with these conditions.
