You need sources for accusations like this. You're right about one thing though, some players do get "insurances". Like, I wouldn't be surprised if people like Nik Airball will get 20% back if he loses so and so much or a bit of his stack covered prior to playing by the stream/venue since it brings in money and viewers (the money at play is still real tho). This is no secret that happens occasionally, and that high value players (either for content or views) get advantages others don't. But that they'd trick viewers with the amount they're playing for? Nah, I don't think so since the fallout could be rather huge in a pretty niche market of viewers and subs. It doesn't make sense from a business standpoint.
