IS THIS KENYA REALLY? 2400km Jade Sea Expedition NAVIGATING LAKE TURKANA! Part 3

Having made it back to Kenya successfully via the remotest place in Kenya, Kibish, and celebrating the new year 2023 at Lokitaung, we proceed further back home. We get to see more of western side of Lake Turkana, pass through villages of Kataboi, Nachukui among others, while hugging the coastline of the lake all the way down to Kalokol.
We have a great time driving on the very deep sands of Kalokol to Eliye Springs. At Eliye we celebrate having finished the most grueling, most audacious trip ever done in Kenya. Then on our way back to Nairobi, we get some car trouble. As usual, we don't leave a man behind.
What is the Jade Sea Expedition?
The Jade Sea Expedition was the most insane, most insidious, most daring, most epic roadtrip ever attempted in Kenya!
A 9 days' off-road adventure circumnavigating the Lake Turkana from its eastern shores into Ethiopia and to the western shores of Lake Turkana.
This 2,400kms off-road expedition took on the treacherous backroads of the Northern Kenya's most beautiful yet inhospitable landscapes and crossing into Southern Ethiopia and back to Kenya. Over 1,000kms of the trip was offroad!

I really enjoyed watching your travel exploits for the last days of last year and the beginning of this year. Let's say you had a blast and I envy you guys. A few questions though; 1. From the models of vehicles you used which were the least troublesome to the most troublesome 2. Did you experience/witness and or be warned/affected by insecurity occasioned by bandits in North Rift 3. Between the Kenyan and Ethiopian side, which side is more developed 4. How possible is it to travel all the Eastern African countries at a go. It will be more fun to watch that. Through you guys, I managed to glimpse Ethiopia and Eliye springs. It was fun to watch

at 12:19 you can see how much Lake Turkana has RISEN - Those trees dont grow in water - the lake has risen so much that it has completely submerged large areas of land - in other parts of the lake many many houses have also been submerged

Most of this cars are diesel and have large tanks mostly 80 litres of diesel, how do the xtrail and Forester manage with their tiny tanks most likely petrol

They carried 60l in reserve fuel in three 20l jerry cans. They never ran out of fuel. Every car had carried fuel reserves in steel jerrycans.
