What a nicely laid-out home the garage is big enough and the rooms are beautifully done I love the flowers that are around the home as well very pretty and elegant. I once tour a modern house like this in the Pacific Palisade. I fell in love with the design and insisted that my agent take me for a tour, we walked around, and I was really digging the place, I also have 3 small children, so the agent asked, is there any room in this house, that you can come downstairs to, and just sit and unwind with a cup of coffee, or the family lounging, hanging out, a room that's full of comfort warmth? I looked around and said no, every room, while big and massive, with either floor to ceiling windows or sliding glass doors opening the outside to in. Every room doesn't feel like a family room, but it feels like I am sitting at a dentist office or museum gallery, cold, big, wide, but empty. Everytime I see one of these modern homes, I always looked for that warm, cozy family room, and if there isn't one, if I didn't have children, it would be a great home.

Hi, La Reserva is a very nice gated community. This house however seems that have better basement, than living indoor & outdoor areas Rather small and narrow spaces and few high ceilings.

Hello Dominik, Hello Patrick, I'm still a bit disappointed with this big, bright, spacious house... I think that in its current state it is intended for holidaymakers for short stays: Lots of wasted space, small bedrooms, no dirty kitchen, a basement with no natural light, little privacy, terraces lacking shade and depth, what about security. It's hard to imagine what it would be like to live there... Well, it's true that the house is barely finished and not yet equipped to its full potential; nevertheless, it seems rather impersonal to me. It can only improve with time. Problems with the Rioja, Dominik? 😂 ❤❤
