... und noch ein Traumhaus! Hier habt Ihr mit allem genau meinen Geschmack getroffen - Gebäudegestaltung, Inneneinrichtung, Gartengestaltung, ... Die helle, elegante und gleichzeitig so gemütliche Inneneinrichtung ist wunderschön, die Zimmer haben die richtige Größe und sind geschmackvoll angeordnet. Das Haus wirkt sehr persönlich ohne einen zu überfrachten. Der Garten ist groß und sehr schön gestaltet, viele Möglichkeiten sich auch draußen wohlzufühlen. Eure Präsentation macht neugierig auf das Anwesen und war mal wieder perfekt!

I would say the front is where you enter, and the back is where the garden is. Unless of course you have one of those houses where the garden and entry and everything is in the front, and the other side would just have a ... I don't know, a fence or something. That side (the one to the fence) would still be a back side, but you should then also go see a therapist because you're quite possibly a psychopath. Awesome tour as always guys. Not sure about the layout though, for a house of that size to have two bedrooms right next to the living room, without any corridors or something like that separating them ... I guess it could get loud sometimes (both ways, if you know what I mean :D), given it's a holiday house. But that garden, oh my days, very nice. P.S. Pro tip for the snoring guests: after they lie down, make sure to tuck the bed back into the wall for sound dampening.

This villa is so beautiful I couldn't take my eyes off your video and might just watch it again, excellent find well done. Now, I noticed that Pat was hot and bothered because of the heat, can you not film early mornings before it gets too hot, just for his health and safety
