Great videos, but, I think you need to be a little bit more careful wjen removing and replacing the clutch, you seem rotate the engine backwards, you're risking knocking your engine timing out, be careful lads, only ever rotate an engine clockwise!

Is their a special tool to centre the clutch?

Just use the usual centering tool, otherwise, align it by eye, which is not recommended 😂

I like driveshafts off, get shut of em and I like the gearbox out, get shut of the daft thing, can't stand banging my head on it, can you! Then I align plate by sticking my finger in and by sight, never used an alignment tool 👍

That’s fair enough mate. I’ve different techniques. Some even use super glue to light the clutch up. Whatever works, works as long as it’s done correctly 👍

@@themarvelousvlog and hit bottom ball joints and track rod ends with big pein hammer, take nut off, no lube, pry bars, separators that knacker the rubber gaiter, no heat, just whack it, jack under disc, just whack it, (not the thread) Thread spinning when you try n tighten it back up? Put jack under it, let it feel the pain, more tips from your heavy goods and train mechanic coming soon 👍

@@philphil3707 I've never seen or done a clutch like this before, there's two Sykes Pickavant ball joint separators in my box, somebody gave them to me brand new 25 years ago 1998, he never used them........and I haven't either!

Our van took us 6hrs due to many reasons but this one in particular took us about 2hrs

Bit of advise gor a customer with a Ford cmax egr value issue engine light on is it worth cleaning or replace it. 2016 reg

Hello mate! Best to check electrical first before going straight for the hardware (the EGR). Once you’ve confirmed that it’s not electrical fault, move on to the hardware. Inspect it. If you clean it, don’t put it straight back in; use the OBD to command it to open and close and see if the operation is normal. If replacing, make sure that the EGR is actually mechanically faulty (like the one in this video). With this one, the return spring is knackered and the valve stem swell up, hence why it wasn’t bouncing back to close position
