Omg Shawn and Charlotte. I’m completely overwhelmed by what I’ve experienced. I just had my first ever visit to Europa park and I’m left speechless. I teared up when I went through voltron and also on euro mir. I’m just blown away by the experience of it. I want to thank you for your vlogs you do because it inspired me to take it upon myself and go to my first ever abroad visit to a theme park. Without your vlogs I don’t think I would have even considered it, keep doing what you do guys. You’re both an inspiration ❤

People mustn't underestimate the amount of hard work not only filming but editing the vlogs you do,it's like a conveyor belt of vlogs coming out,the park looks fantastic I'm a little disappointed at the lack of povs in these blogs which I think make the journey going along with you even better, even if they are just the parks own povs I think it would be better, but I know it's out of your hands and you would film if they let you keep up the great work

As a Japanese national living in the UK for the last 2 and a half years, it’s nice to see what it’s like in the country in your video. I’m glad you’re enjoying yourselves, especially in the country where the culture is very different. You chose the best time as the Japanese Yen is getting weaker and weaker these days😂

The Japanese summer actually begins at Golden week, end of April to early May. This is when everyone gets an automatic two weeks off the school and work. It’s the only time when kids have off and often theme parks are open ready for people.

This park has been on my bucket list for so long!! Doubt I'll ever get there but wow! What a selection of rides!!! The cake / biscuit/ sweet gift boxes they have everyehere are known as "Omiyage" which literally translates as "Souvenir". There is a big culture of getting gifts for loved ones whereever you go in Japan so you will find these with regional / branded packaging everywhere!

This was like watching my recent trip played back to me. Also my first visit there, but thankfully all the coasters were open when I visited. Also not big queues for me either. I went in December it was crystal clear blue skies warm but not hot, I really can recommend a December visit. Not busy, not rainy season and good warm weather. Shame you didn't get to try the Schwarzkopf or the Mine Train both great fun, well it's always an excuse to go back.

You were extremely lucky with the weather, I was there in March and due to strong winds almost everything was closed except the Hakugei, which was fantastic but cost me 1000 yen each ride for the fast pass (as it was the only major coaster open, queue was 2-3h all day). I could ride both Wild Mouse, Looping Star, Crockscrew and the kiddy but that's about it. Fortunately the next day was at Universal and I could ride everything from 7h40 to 22h non stop! Advise, go there very very early, plan to be in the entrance queue not later than 7am. Enjoy your amazing trip!

On the website, there are two areas that list closed attractions. One has a calendar with daily closings, but above it is a list of attractions that are closed "long term" and the shuttle loop has been on there for awhile, and is listed as "3+ month closure". I know because we're on our way there in a few weeks and I'm hoping it changes by then but I'm not that confident it will (ever) reopen due to the lack of parts.

Theme parks are usually a school or work related trip done yearly. Japanese like to buy local treats and bring them back to the office or school and share them with everyone. It’s sort of a give and you get something back next trip. Airlines haven’t got the memo on that practice yet as food is restricted still.

The offer looks amazing in this park! B&M trains on a Morgan. An old school Shwarzkopf shuttle loop, RMC and a B&M flying coaster. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't jealous. The wild mouse coasters reminds me so much of Bobbejaanland where Speedy bob was also a double sided coaster till 2008, but one moved away to his sister location at Parque de atracctiones de Madrid as Vertigo.

Fun Fact: the Looping Star at 23:44, a Schwartzkopf, appears to be the closest train and track design to the original Roller Coaster Tycoon "Steel Roller Coaster", which is INCORRECTLY available before the "Steel Corkscrew Roller Coaster" ( 25:53 ), unmistakably an Arrow MK-1200 track and train design in both game and real life. RCT got the chronological order wrong! The Corkscrew was the first modern (safe) coaster inversion type, in 1975. The teardrop vertical loop came in 1976! And the Schwartzkopf track design became common in the late 1970s. So Steel Corkscrew should have been available to gamers first 😆

Other than Flying Ninjago and a few reskins of staple attractions, the Japan Legoland doesn't have much going for it as a park for non-natives to prioritize (they do have both a Dragon and Dragon's Apprentice). It is kind of like an old trolley park in the states (and Legoland Korea) where its right next to a rail terminus (although it is a heavy rail line that connects to the central station-originally just a freight spur, but the need decreased so passenger service was added long before the park was in the works)

@@user-xs8sg1ju3gvery few jobs require anything this intense. They are up from dawn to dusk on their feet all day, and that’s just the parks, not the packing, travel, or the highly time consuming video, audio and editing work required to get these videos out practically every day. And that’s just their main channel! On top of that they have to constantly seem to be having a great time, which is some serious emotional labor. Charlotte’s smile alone should be getting hazard pay… it’s practically welded into place. I also doubt that they are making that much money if you break it down as an hourly wage. My point was that I don’t understand how they can do this so consistently without burning out, especially since they seem to do absolutely everything themselves (they may hire an editor but I doubt it.) I know it’s a job. That was my point.

Man you guys are missing my point. My point is this is one of the most intense work schedules physically and emotionally I have ever seen, and I have no idea how they can do it without burning out physically or emotionally. I doubt they are doing it exclusively for the money. On top of that they have to behave at all times like they are having the time of their lives.

How does hakugei compare to steel vengeance in your opinion

Hakugei is number 1! Longer more drawn out powerful elements beat out short violent ejector pops in my opinion!

Flying Dinosaur at USJ will definitely change your mind about B&M flying coasters... Acrobat was kind of disappointing to me so I didn't have much expectations for Flying Dinosaur but I was shocked... Flying Dinosaur blows Tatsu or Acrobat out of the water, imo. Now it's my favourite coaster in Japan over Eejanaika and Hakugei, and I didn't even like B&M flying coasters before

I don't understand why parks are no longer open after dark,, its my favorite time to ride! Also, how did Arrow go under when probably every country with parks still have some model Arrow and the Morgans still running are spectacular rides so its another mystery. Nice job again and I hate when the web site doesn't list the down rides ... I want to ride them all!

Invest in some of those Rayban meta glasses so you can film on rides
