I was there yesterday and despite the theming being very minimal and a much smaller event than Towers, the entertainment was really funny and the band was brilliant- great atmosphere!

Went on opening day, was really disappointed with the lack of theming, but the entertainment was quality. Beer wasn’t bad either 😂

Great Vlog and update 🙂, although I’m like you I find the Christmas trees and winter fest/ theme at times a bit random 🤣 but fun and entertaining event with a good vibe. Just wondering when fright nights line up will officially be announced by Thorpe now 🎃👻 seen a comment above and agree Friday 13th I can see it being when it happens

@@UKThemeParks it must be budgeted or maintenance focused on rides, as they have a huge one at West Ham which had huge issues other week what was fixed quickly, but they are quite simple to maintain nowadays as they are unplug and reinstall

Got to admit, after seeing a video from Towers Oktoberfest this year, they absolutely wipe the floor with Thorpe's Oktober/Winterfest! In fact, they have done every year. Thorpe's definitely has an identity crisis this year! Will you be visiting Towers for their Oktoberfest? If you do, I'd visit on a Saturday and stay until the very end as the entertainment carries on an hour after ride close.

Towers one does look really good this year, am hoping to get up there this month for it

@@UKThemeParks That's great if you can. As I say, do a Saturday because mid-week will be much quieter and have far less atmosphere. I'm there on the 21st/22nd, fingers crossed the weather will be half decent!
