Back in March 2000 I spent a day on Cardiff Central, ending with a ride up to Rhymney. Enjoy the sounds of the old 37s as they battle up the climb through the Valley to Rhymney. Also the original 60001 passes through as well a the arrival of the Hastings unit bringing more fans to the National Stadium Original Sony tape 4 DV Premium. No.1288. Tape DV Premium No. 4

The ‘Thumper’ at 14 mins, is that the thumper, that has produced a series of vids, about all its journeys it has done. All over the network. Full of facts and figures about hill climbs and declines, entering all station names and bridges passed under. You, it and others kept me entertained during lockdown.
