I appreciate you putting these workout routines together for us. I am self-conscious and don’t think I would be able to go to the gym however, through your KZbin channel I currently feel like I’m in the best shape of my life. I try and get about 3 to 5 of your workouts in a week and my goodness the results are fantastic. As a 35-year-old man I honestly think I could kick the shit out of 20 year old version of myself now, appreciate you man. Currently in the best shape of my life. 🎉

Thanks for the workout. I've tried variations of dumbbell flies, but I never feel my chest activating. When I increase the weight I feel my arms and shoulders light up, but they never hit my chest.

Hi Midas, I’ve been waiting for new videos from the category “build muscle” for a while I train only following your videos from this playlist. And this time you’re doing it with a bench which I like it because I also train on a bench like that. So i can follow the training session step by step without improvisation. If you zoom in to the dumbbells I swear you can see en embossed figure starting with “5” so I’m fairly certain the lbs figure is the total combined weight..100lbs = 50lb in each hand.

Appreciate the good work! Got a question tho why is the "hex press" a thing when it doesnt event extend the chest muscles. Whats the benefits of this exercice ? An answer would be much appreciated as I just wanna know, not trying to critisize the work!😊 hopefully my english is understandable😂

i dont get it. you are doing way more reps than the amount listed. do you go 3 sets of like 10 in 60 seconds and then do THAT 3 times or...?

The 60secs is rest period. It shows "up next" to get the viewer prepared for the next set.

Love your videos! I just have a question, probably out of ignorance: don't diamond pushups mainly target the triceps? Wouldn't a more chest-oriented pushup variation (such as archer or typewritter) be more appropiate? Keep up the awesome work!!

Diamond Pushups do target the Triceps as well but they're also super effective for getting a solid squeeze out of the Chest for a good burnout hence why I added them at the end. None of the other Pushup variations creates that squeeze effect I was going for with the Diamonds.
