Happy 21th birthday? He looks 45. One theory plays with the older daughter being the master mind behind all the murders, that went wrong. They even changed the shape of the top windows giving this hows it´s distinct features, but still nobody wants to live there. Yeah, I am huge horror and supernatural phenomenon fan.

Maybe Butch's heard are only some hallucinations or they kind'a aggrevate the dark spirits of what they played through the coins. This is also the reason I never play some dark tricks with my friends anymore but before I used to. Now I grew up, no never 'cause I just realized if there's a light spirits there is also some dark ones that needs to deliver.

Synopsis On the night of November 13, 1974, Ronald DeFeo, Jr. took a high-powered rifle and murdered his entire family as they slept. At his trial, DeFeo claimed that "voices" in the house commanded him to kill. This is their story. One whole year before the Lutzes' arrival in Amityville, at the infamous house on 112 Ocean Avenue portrayed in The Amityville Horror (1979), the eldest son of Ronald and Louise DeFeo--the troubled twenty-three-year-old, Ronald "Butch" DeFeo Jr.--grabbed a powerful .35 calibre lever-action rifle, and executed his parents and his four unsuspecting siblings in their sleep. Claiming that indefatigable and penetrating "voices" compelled him to perform the atrocious deed, DeFeo Jr. was found guilty on six counts of second-degree murder and, until now, he remains in the maximum-security Sullivan Correctional Facility, New York. However, a thick mystery shrouds the gruesome findings of the police. Did Ronald, indeed, plant the seeds of evil in the notorious Amityville House?

Finally the Real Truth, his father is an Evil Sadistic Monster, who Constantly Abused both Dawn & Robert & His wife wtf she was stupid to stay with him a mother is Supposed to protect her children omg, she should of done the right thing & take the kids & leave him, she lied to her parents to omg the 2 young adults had no choice but to kill there father the monster just to make the beatings stop, there's only so much a human being will take before they snap, Dawn was silly to go back to that house she should of stayed at her Nan's place she would still be Alive to this day It's good that the dog survived & so sad that the children were murdered by there older brother.
@EM-lz9kg10 ай бұрын
If your looking for all the spooks & scares , this is much more about the abuse the family endured under the father , how a son & his sister could snap - it’s also included messing around with the occult & getting really stoned & tripping which leads to drug psychosis, drug psychosis is very dangerous and leads to violent acts personally as I think that’s what happened, but I’m just objectively watching like everyone else. Only those that were there know the truth.

“The Amityville Murders” doesn’t significantly elevate that uninspiring celluloid history, but it does deserve credit for trying. For starters, writer-director Daniel Farrands focuses on the one frightening thing that did unquestionably occur at 112 Ocean Ave.: In Nov. 1974, 13 months before the Lutzes arrived, 23-year-old Ronald aka Butch DeFeo shot to death his entire immediate family, claiming that “voices” drove him to do so. He was found guilty on all six counts of second-degree murder, and remains in prison. But the mystery around the case began immediately. Police were puzzled by how each victim was found face-down in bed with no sign of struggle, though they (and the neighbors) should have been woken by the successive gunfire. “Murders” begins with audio of a hysterical DeFeo (played by John Robinson) begging local bar patrons to witness the disaster at his home (“They’re all dead!”) - as, indeed, he did in real life. But otherwise, Farrands’ film mixes true-crime dramatization with supernatural speculation.

@@TheIntimidatorOfGames wow, and the film itself has an ending date of 1975, it was only copy righted in 2018 and not the 70s (copy rights have to be filed with-in 3 years of finished produce or any royalties end and becomes public domain), it's a remake of the remake of the remake. The crime itself and not the haunting could have come from anywhere around the world at any period of time, I remember the same sort of crime here in the UK, when the son of the Bambi family shot all its family members, or the case in Oregon in the 60s. Same type of crime. So the book and films could be on about a crime that keeps repeating itself over and over again. It's just a good horror story

its not supposed to be about the so called hauntings afterwards when the Lutze family moved in, its about the Defeo family who lived there and what led up to the elder son murdering them all. So if you were expecting it to be about the later fabricated hauntings then you got the wrong movie.
