The only thing I hope they don't do with Gunther is fall into the trap of the standard cowardly heel champion like they did with Roman and have outside interference be the only reason he manages to retain his title every time. That absolutely killed Roman's run for me, no matter how long it was, he couldn't win a match on his own. Don't do that with Gunther. I already don't like that it's the reason he won the title, regardless, don't make it a habit. He shouldn't NEED outside help to win his matches.

Cody and Liv right now, but only because we crowded 4 new champions. Gunther always has the aura of a true "Final Boss" and will again. Bron Breakker is the future and LA Knight finally got that well-deserved title. I feel WWE really just needs to do away with the Women's tag titles and turn them into women's mid-card titles.

Very solid list! Gunther... nuff said! And Liv high on that list makes sense since that womens title, and her recent heel work in that story with Dom has totally elevated her. Her story with Rhea continues putting both over more each week so its not ending anytime soon. Those disappointed with Cody's spot on this list, much like Bailey creative just hasnt had any reall compelling story for Cody, who knows why... maybe they are holding off for an upcoming big feud with The Rock?

It makes sense to me, using that logic, to exclude the Cup from the list. Once Rhea wins that title from liv it's all over liv won't be even near world title picture anymore then. Video is about ranking champions not about how their character or story is. Cody defended most and his story is title focused, same case sd women's weather you find it boring to watch Bayley Tiffany nia jax story is about title not about some 3rd characters in story. @@thegameking3931 Punk vs Drew is not bout title at all. It started due to Punk's Injury. Drew getting screwed in the title matches have just been a foil. It's not the focus at all. Plus we have a lot of men on Raw who can lift the heavyweight championship so we don't need Drew vs Punk to be involved with the title. Plus it has become a blood feud where the title isn't required. Liv vs Rhea whereas needs the title coz Liv said she'd take everything from Rhea and the title is included in that. No one on Raw is on Rhea's lvl, thankfully we agree on something. I would also say on one on Raw is on Liv's lvl coz along with Rhea she is top 2 women's wrestler in the company right now(Stardom and hype wise). I love Iyo but she's definitely not on their lvl. Even if Becky comes back tomorrow, she's not on their lvl and the rest aren't mainevent stars at all. When Becky faced Rhea at Mania, no one gave Becky a chance at all coz no one sees her as a mega maineventer anymore. She's lost all of her momentum that she had during 2019-2022. Even if she comes back, I don't see her in the main event picture anymore. About Liv not winning clean, she's a fucking heel... what's she supposed to do. It goes with her character who's a maniacal schemer and so she'll always cheat and never win clean no matter who she goes against. Just like Seth had during his Architect run. I agree that the ultimate goal is to push Rhea as the biggest babyface in the company but Liv has immensely benefitted from this as well. U might not like it or agree with it, but sure she's a perennial main eventer now. Even after this run and this rivalry ends, she'll still be in the main event scene forever and win many more titles in the future. I still stand by her as top 3. I'm not gonna argue anymore bout Cody. I don't even know why we argued so much in the first place. It's a subjective list from both of our perspectives. There's no objective answer here. If Gunther going to hold the title till WM or next summerslam, wouldn't make his next matches all fillers too? Wasn't Roman mathes fillers too since he wasn't going to lose it. This can be fixed if they go back to losing titles in regular shows(raw/sd) to make every defense title match interesting. This is happening to all titles for the sake of long term stories except for the tag titles
