May I please ask a question even if it's after a year already? I was problems of focusing but when I was scrolling for my lessons I found this video and watched this but after I did I only had some of the 13 habits and is it ok to still call myself a highly intelligent person? Is it okay to overthink even the smallest things? What should I do so that when I hear other's opinions should I avoid it or learn from it?
