Ok, sorry for a string of comments, but I actually said ‘Oh, I’m about to cry’ out loud when you revealed The Room of Requirement’s door. That first journey through it is the most emotional I can remember being playing a video game. I could feel the love of the developers for the source material, and I felt the awe and wonder I had as a child listening to the Stephen Fry-read cassette tapes for the first time; the magic of The Wizarding World really is all around us in this game, and it’s beautiful seeing your honest reactions as you explore it. This maybe tooo late.... But I wanted to let you know that you aren't wearing glasses or hat, which gives you extra stats. You can use the appearance option to remove them physically if you don't like how they look while keeping the stats and It can't hurt to be prepared. In my opinion, I like the idea of completing one quest at a time like you were mentioning. I think you’re right that it’ll have better storytelling flow and easier for the viewer to be immersed/follow along. I personally was starting to feel a little scattered in the beginning as so many quests seemed to be accumulating. But I totally understand and appreciate your gameplay no matter how you decide to do it😄 super stoked for the next one🙌

You can change everything. The walls, floor, corridors, bookcases, the roof, corners of the room + alcoves.. I spent like an hour fixing mine up + I'm not finished yet hahah

I've binged all these HP gameplay videos in like 2 days. I'm obsessed with watching you play this game. It's amazing to follow someone actually being interested in every little detail and who also bring in a lot of fun facts and references from the books and movies. I’m addicted too! I got my Hippogriff & Thestral yesterday!!! I flew on the Hippogriff during the quest and last night on my Thestral. It was SOOOO cool to fly!! Ron got his “follow the butterflies” in the game! I started buying potion recipes right away and I was able to brew them nearly immediately. I believe I now have all the plant ingredients growing that I can.

The puzzle with guiding the fireflies took me a very long time to figure out, so I only did those puzzles like mid way in the game xD I didn't realize fireflies appeared at all until someone in a video mentioned it. Nice to see you figured it out fast though!

This is the first open world game that I find difficult to stop playing since RDR2. Being a fan of the Series makes it that much more engrossing and hard to put down. You could dedicate a whole day just looking for Easter eggs and hidden rooms. I found a video on all the secrets of the game but don't want to watch it, at least till I give it a chance to find as many as I can myself.

Apparently the "Follow the Butterflies" is a Easter-egg that is a nod to when Ron and Harry went into the forbidden forest to "follow the spiders" and Ron said "why couldn't it be Follow the butterflies instead?" :)

When you conjure items or move items you can hold L2 to disable snapping and it allows you to place an item exactly where you want it.

The game is so obviously a labor of love, but they also managed to make a very good game - the way they did exploration, opening up the entire map to the player, but leaving some locked places, giving you a reason to go revisit places, rather than just giving you access to a small section of the castle, prompting the player to clear it entirely before moving on. Also, the puzzles, while not very complicated, are logical (no moon logic here), though I did find myself using all the spells to see what would stick. I also love that they just give you the tools, and let you figure it out, instead of just making it a to-do list like "go here, use spell X, go there, use spell Y" listed in the objectives.

My own Room of Requirement is incredibly different to how yours ended up. I had a lot of fun decorating it. It's such a stupid thing and it doesn't matter, but I still massively enjoyed being able to customise my own space.

For your potion shop Pippin guy and your P's, "Peddler" is another word for a seller of merchandise. Also, "patron" is another word for customer.
