Introducing the pile squat! Join me in this quick lower-body workout the way dancers do it. Squats are great & all, but isn't it so much better to squat & dance at the same time? I think so! In this video we'll do pile squats, holds, split squats & many different variations until our legs feel like Jell-O. Remember to ALWAYS keep your core engaged, that way you're working your core without doing specific exercises like crunches + planks. Keep your legs wide & your toes turned out slightly. Stay low in these exercises, & keep your back straight. You can do it! I will be there with you the whole time, trembling legs and all.
