I found the channel ages ago when I "wanted" to get into fitness but I just wasn't in the right state of mind then. Recently I'm in a much better place, and I've been doing one of your videos every day. It's the perfect way to finally take the plunge and it seems to be working. There's just something about how well presented and organised the videos are that I can effortlessly incorporate them into my busy schedule every day, they make excersise enjoyable for me, someone who could quite easily be morbidly obese otherwise... Thanks for all the effort you guys put into these and for helping me to live a better, more healthy lifestyle.

Daniel, I so enjoyed this! I did some pilates today for active recovery, but honestly I just had the energy and desire for more sweaty movement. This was perfect! And I really appreciate the length because as it can be used as a stand alone or an add on. Thank you!

@@HIITtheGROUND You agree, yay! I do HIIT 1-3 times per week. However, since I've been having low thyroid these past couple years, I've cut back on my intense workouts since I had been doing keto, intermittent fasting, ... for a few years. I heard the combo can cause low T3 in some people. It's been humbling and frankly, I don't have the energy I used to have. I'm 47 and have LOVED doing FB's workouts since I was 37. So, I'm learning to listen to my body instead of pushing it too hard. Hopefully, with thyroid meds and these adjustments, I'll get my energy back.

MAY I SUGGEST PLIE SQUATS WITH TOE RAISES. Really targets upper inner thighs. I do fitness blender workouts 5-6 days a week, and love them, but you never hit upper inner thighs. (FYI, I usually do HIIT and cardio, so I apologize if you target that area in other workouts I haven't done)
