Hey riders!! Believe it or not I get questions all the time about which products I use on certain jobs. Although there are tons more I could add to the list of lubricants/cleaners or tools to own. Here are my top 5..well maybe 6. THIS WAS A TOUGH ONE!
Below are links that you can use to get some for yourself!
1. Bel-Ray Synthetic grease (SAME AS AMZOIL) - amzn.to/2gyKj5j
2. Electrical Contact Cleaner - amzn.to/2yrHF8E
3. Bel Ray 6 in 1 Spray lube - amzn.to/2z1Esd0
4. Multi meter -
*Good - amzn.to/2y2GeMu
*Better - amzn.to/2y2Z0U5
*Best - amzn.to/2krAGGE
5. Thorfire Penlight - amzn.to/2z2cFJy
* My second favorite light - amzn.to/2ysh77j
* Third favorite light (needs AAAA batteries) - amzn.to/2y2CkDh
6. MOLY (Molybdenum Disulfide ) - amzn.to/2fTw1f9
If you have any questions about the product and application be sure to ask!

Looking forward to seeing the carb cleaning video for my VFR 750 FV. Love your videos and the knowledge that you try to empart. Shame about the time difference here in the UK. Keep up your good work.

I found a penetrating oil spray that has MoS2 in it that is brilliant. I live in Portugal and it's a Spanish brand (Domax) but I guess you get other versions elsewhere. Works great for normal penetrating oil jobs but it's slightly stickier and leaves the MoS2 residue behind so you get long-lasting lubrication. It is also great for fixing electrical switches that have got wet and/or dirty (and it seems to keep them from having water-related problems for a long time afterwards as well).

I wish I had come across this one a few weeks ago. I just replaced my front and rear sprockets and nobody mentioned putting any sort of lubricant on the front sprocket splines. I watched a ton of videos and everyone put it on dry from what I could tell. I'm sure it's fine without it, but now I'm tempted to buy some of that Molybdenum Disulfide and take the sprocket off to apply it.

That Bel Ray Lubricating Fluid freed up the frozen ignition and gas tank locks on my 16 Ninja 1000, its good stuff. But now I just use the cheap Wal Mart brand for regular maintenance.

Where do you find the Amsoil Grease at? I’ve looked all over and can’t find any. Not one local retail auto parts store, in my area, carries it and I’m not cool with paying an additional 7-10 bucks for shipping. Or any alternative suggestions would be appreciated.

Parts keep rolling in for the CL200 build Cody. It won't be long and the rebuild series will start rolling. I'd appreciate you critiquing my progress. Rebuilding a Honda Engine is new territory, but I've rebuilt literally dozens of small engines (riding mowers, tractors, push mowers, vintage engines etc.) so I'm looking at this CL200 engine the same way. I have the Mechanics Honda Manual (Actual HONDA manual) in route and will be following it. But if you see a tip or trick I can use along the way....please feel free to chime in. I'm never beyond good advice my Brother. Cheers! Zip~

2 long funnels, 1 red for oil, 1 blue for water/coolant. 2 pair LONG needle nose plyers. 1 straight, 1 curved. (Invaluable!) 1 stubby piece scrap 2X4 about 8" long.....under kickstand...helps keep my 2005 Honda Shadow Aero more verticle during quick maintenance/inspections.....
