Thanks for building something that anyone can access. And making it free. This is awesome. I've learned and done a lot of the lessons with much success

Hey Cody & Matt, I absolutely LOVE the idea of this Masterclass! Thank you for all the hard work you both have been putting in the past year to get this done! It looks like you've covered most of the most common topics and repairs. I have a couple ideas that I would really like to see covered. I used to work full-time as an auto mechanic so a lot of that carries over to motorcycles however prior to getting into motorcycles, I never really had to work on a carburetor before so that was all new to me. Although I've learned a great deal about carbs, the way they work, how to clean them (thanks so Cody's wonderful membership!), one of the things I still don't fully understand is how to determine if a bike is running lean or rich (mostly lean, especially older bikes from 80s and 90s) and how to re-jet them to make them run optimally. I mostly work on the bikes from the 80s and 90s and many of them came quite lean from the factory. So often times they need to be re-jetted so they run correctly. Now I understand that's different than wanting to do a Stage 1 on a bike and having to re-jet to match the upgraded intake/exhaust. Anyways, I would love to see some videos and education on these topics as well as covering Stage 1 and Stage 2 upgrades. Another big part of that would be Stage 2 upgrades and how to choose the right cam to upgrade the performance and the difference between various cams and their associated profiles. I know some of these don't really fall under "repair" as much as performance upgrades but it would be great to have all of this as part of a complete Masterclass! Thanks so much again for all you both are doing and I can't wait to get access to it and check it out! I will definitely be one of the first subscribers for sure!!!

Truthfully, I think it’s heading in the right direction as long as the specs are there so that certain steps are not missed during in the installation or removal. I’d like to get factory spec settings as well torque specs upon the job being performed, mainly to prevent issues after the job has been completed. Any useful tips that you may have came across on common issues with a certain model bikes would also be great. I love watching the videos Cody, and I hope everything goes well.

Suggestion for content ..installing a 6 over springer..if you want a front brake ,you gotta buy a caliper kit, brake lines, how to make brake lines, how to bleed brake calipers...how to shim wheel to forks.. Have an option to upload a video so we can upload a video of our situation to better help or answer a question..

Just bought a 06 night rod, and changed the oil. Found some metal in the oil. Super nervous about next steps. Love for you to do a video on this. Should I stop riding all together or ride 500 miles then change the oil again and see if it still shows metal?

I love the content that you create, it super informative and very detailed. How do I get you to help me with an issue I am having with my 1998 Honda VT1100 shadow ACE?

I'd be interested in paying for such a course. I'm building a business in the power sports industry right now. We are focusing on repair and tuning.

Hey Guys, I'm about to start a resto of a Honda CBR2500RR MC22 that a friend had been sitting under a tarpaulin for 10 years before we rescued it. Would you recommend an oil soak before stripping it down? How far a strip down would you recommend (I'm guessing full engine/carb/brakes/forks/seals?)

Hello guys. If anyone can help with my bike issue. I’m desperate. I have a 93 Nighthawk750 running on pod filters. The bike runs really good but every after a long drive gas leaks through the filters. It doesn’t in short drive. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Throwing this out there for anyone. 99 honda shadow ace. Top has been rebuilt. Carb was apparently cleaned and tuned at a legit shop. I took the carb out and cleaned it, bench synced it (it was visually out of sync and ran better after I did that), and put a carb kit in it. The reason I did these things is because the bike runs ok until she reaches a very specific spot in the throttle where the bike just gives up. No power, just bogs right down. If that throttle position is held it will eventually catch up and get going. This has been an issue since we bought the bike last year. The secondary air filter has been deleted. The bike doesnt run lean. Im wondering about the fuel filter? Air filter is new. It still seems carb related but Ive replaced everything in them and was super anal making sure it was put back together correctly. Ive checked for air leaks (other than the giant obvious spot where the secondary air filter is supposed to go. Not sure how to mitigate that.) ive checked every hose fuel and air related.....its getting too much or not enough air or fuel (i think) at a very specific throttle position. Please someone....help lol

I would say it sounds like one of the jets for that throttle range could be the wrong size. Altitude changes what size jets you need so one guy in Florida won't have the same setup as one in Colorado. Another thing I would replace is the petcock filter. It's a sleeve/tube in the tank on the petcock. Just drop it out of the tank. Cheap and easy piece of mind.

@@Oliver0200 Appreciate the reply. I changed all the parts including the jets and used the jet calculator site so altitude is absolutely taken into account but that is certainly something most dont consider so good call. Ok so I just remove the petcock and this sleeve and filter come out? Wont need to take the tank off for that then i assume? Is there a way i can test the fuel filter before replacing it or just do it anyways because theyre are relatively cheap? Thanks Oliver
