Most of it comes down to your clientele and where you work. Even a beginner in San Francisco can charge $200 an hour. But an expert in some small city like Duluth Minnesota isn’t going to be able to charge $250 an hour. There simply isn’t a market for it, and people can’t afford that.

Not a trainer, but this was such a great summary, especially the detailed movement assessment and tracking progress. Question, how do I decide whether I should look for a physical therapist or personal trainer? I don't have any acute injuries right now and have been working out consistently for several years, but I'm finding that old injuries are still nagging at me and I'm concerned about potential imbalances. Had physical therapy in the past for a couple months right after I injured my knee, but I wasn't that impressed with it tbh.
