Concerning the point of moving the weight quickly for explosiveness I often heard in university and in books that it‘s not really as easy as that, stating: „high speed of movement during the execution of a strength training exercise must not be equated with the development of rapid strength“. Any thoughts on this?

What do you Think About antagonists muscles? Can they increase vertical jump? In my opinion We need excellent brakes in dynamic movements than our nervous allows to more cm in jump?

It’s a skill your muscles would have to learn. Braking at the right times to transfer horizontal force to vertical force and the ability to turn those antagonist muscles off so that the agonist can fully contract and produce force effectively
