any good verbal commands to help them perform better? Like push the ground apart on the side shuffles, or sit back on the back pedal, something like that?

Thanks Matt. How can an athlete improve his T test? Suggest ways pls?
@TheMovementSystem4 жыл бұрын
Plyometric training, lateral hip strength, practicing cone drills/ change of direction drills, etc.

So when would one use the agility aspect on athletes? I get it’s to offset normal change of direction where they know where they are going. However, would one use this to train?
@TheMovementSystem4 жыл бұрын
Typically learn and practice the change of direction drill first (off season/ early preseason) then progress it by adding a reactive component (late preseason/ in season) to make it more sport specific

Hi quick question on this, would this be an agility assessment or an agility drill (to improve the athletes agility)? Thanks 😄
