Mirabatha gave us the monsters’ origins with is crazy. The fact that Ethan is able to flat out tell Julie her role in all of this was also crazy. There’s a chance that the end of the episode wasn’t the first time we saw future Julie. Some of the bad things we have seen across the the seasons may have been because of her time traveling.

Martin is Boyd ( many incarnations in the future) who has managed to gather Intel and knows how to kill the entity. He was imprisoned ( soul removed from the story) after they realized what he was doing, that's why he mentioned Abby. He only wanted to die by passing his soul to Boyd while giving the the memories (intel) on events and how to kill the entity. Boyd will remember his past lives memories moving forward and go on the offensive in season four and five. So essentially, the logistics man figured out how to deliver the package to the right person at the right time.

It's a story about good versus evil. The good is the boy in white. Evil is the man in yellow. I believe the person who told the story to the children that gave them hope, the hope that turned into the roots of the tree was the boy in white. The man in yellow doesn't control everything in that world. I believe the talismans came from the boy in white. The man in yellow lost control of the world because of the hope of the children that created the roots of the tree. The entity doesn't feed on hope. That's a lie the entity told Boyd before he broke the music box. The entity feeds off of anger, fear, hate. The man in yellow killed Jim because he was angry that Tabitha and Jade remembered. It was the price paid for the knowledge Tabitha and Jade just received by remembering who they were

Explains why he was excited to see Victor after the massacre…even inviting him to play.

Honestly, I feel reallllllyy bad for Elgin, yes what he did was wrong by taking Fatima...but he TECHNICALLY was not wrong..Fatima ends up being okay..so in the end Sarah just reignited her killer instinct for nothing... The all crossed the line with that Elgin scenario and that police girl has full ammo to push Boyd out and definitely split the town right down the middle.

Jim helped a lot but ended up dying cuz his knowledge is whats important. And the man in yellow sees that as a threat. Also why was the house so important..
