Actually. GORDON is a witness of what the Doom slayer does to demons in his own dimension and all this songs play in the background in the slayer's world. He then found a way to pass through our world and recreated it the themes with the talents he learned by on the way.

MORE CONTEXT!, Since the game was about killing demons obviously it contained a lot of Satanist and cultist imagery, Mick Gordan wanted to take that one step father so in some of the tracks for the game, he left various easter eggs in the waveforms of the songs, one of which, when isolated and played in reverse says "jesus loves you" another, when you look at the visuals of the waveforms itself, is a pentagram

Do you have a strong PC? DOOM games are generally very well optimized, but i feel like playing those games on any fps lower than 60 can be pretty difficult due to their fast paced nature. Anyway, have fun. Youre in for a ride!
