I hope you're at 18 days now. If not, that's OK. I want to put this near the top before I share my experiences with addiction and sobriety, but find something to do of a morning (gym, yoga, study, whatever) so you have to get up at a decent time, force yourself to not take naps so you're tired of a night. Idk about you but I popped pills and drank to stop my brain from thinking as much. Now if I'm tired and listen to an audio book or podcast while I fall asleep it helps distract my mind and stops the self loathing and super cynical thinking from kicking in. It's normal to not beat the demon of addiction on your first try. It took me like half a dozen times to get off opiates and I'm now like 3 years clean. Then on top of that it took me a bunch of tries to stop drinking because it's so easy to fall back to old habits. I'm just some loser who has fought addiction so your experience might be different, but with booze you're absolutely through the worst of withdrawals and even if you feel shitty now, if you keep going and keep trying you'll feel better. I wish you nothing but the best and I know that if you put effort and thought in to every day you'll never truly fail, even if you stumble

If you view god as a less traditional diety, or as a philisophical concept, you begin asking unanswerable questions about where we came from, why we are here, and where we go when we die. Dipping your toes into any form of philosophy outside of evangelical atheism shows that we are all God fearing, but what, why, and who that God is will differ from person to person.

Damn a 9 has there ever been another one of these 🤯🤯 awesome review Anthony I thought this album was incredible just like you and one comment I could make is that I thought every sound was chunky in the sense that even if a track was 3 or 4 minutes it felt like it was 10 or 12 because of how much was packed into them

He was in his bag truly with this one. He dug deep, portrayed his inner demons and internal struggles over familiar rapping formula... Shit, when someone like him can showcase this side of him, and do it while creating an unforgettable album experience, you can only respect it and endlessly play it back! ConWay The Wachine!

I’m sorry but Babas is one of the best songs I’ve heard this year, so grimey, so raw and thorough. Some of the best production I’ve heard in years. I just absolutely love it, has to be my favourite song from Conway in a long time. Can’t believe Anthony doesn’t enjoy it.
