Important info that needs to get into the public mind is that Elon wasn't 100% bankrolled by his parents. His origins are actually more Canadian than South African. Tesla was founded in like 2009ish but didn't have any profitable year whatsoever until 2017. The tech is barely functionable and they've had instances where the only way they were able to meet quotas was under building cars under literal tents outdoors. He's anti-union and as such stunts like those skirt any kind of worker protections. His one invention is the first of likely many ponzi stock companies. Stock and share trade with a company that basically doesn't make anything. And what it does make kills people or combusts in a lithium fire that conventional fire fighters can't put out without special technology. It's important to know this because the only way Tesla keeps afloat is because people think he's a savior or an evil elite. Both these sensational views lead stock gamblers to believe he and Tesla are the most futuristic, ever evolving political front-page news. In actuality he's a fucking clown. An idiot who can barely tie his shoes and just gets royalties and fame-fueled riches from slapping his name on things. If people realized he was a fraud not because he's an evil Batman but because he's a fucking joke then he'd fall into obscurity
