i used to live within walking distance from the grand river. my last few years steelhead fishing the only fly i used was a beaded olive wooly bugger.

David, thanks for the feedback. Right now we are busy editing the new season of our series which will come out at Christmas but in the short term we are uploading our "classic" or older episodes from the past. We don't have many available (they were shot in SD at the time) so not much choice on season or theme. But everyone seems to enjoy them and the info contained in these classic videos. Cheers

The New Fly Fisher , Only downside to Alaska steelhead, for the most part they are small runs in Southeast Alaska on our remote islands, only accessible by floatplane or boat, excel princy of Wales island! Look that up. Good thing though is we have nothing but wild steelhead, bears, no crowds and some of the most beautiful areas up here on earth!
