Is it weird that Eclipsa, Meteora, Moon, and Star all have the 4 suits on cards as cheek marks? I feel like since the royal family tree was stopped, the last remaining descendants of Eclipsa would be the ones to finish the deck. It would kinda make sense of they were all related since Eclipsa’s cheek mark is a spade and her daughter’s is a club. Same for Moon, diamonds then hearts. There might be some hidden connection.

ラウラ this is my own theory....but I think they didn’t just get some peasant to replace Eclipsa with maybe they got a child or a direct descendant of “Jushtin the Uncalculated “ to fill since he was denied his rightful place as king and the only way to make up for it was to give back the throne to Festivia who might have been his grand daughter or direct descendant .....and that would explain Star’s lineage for the affinity of magic..

I love seeing all these lore videos on the book of spells and I can't wait to get it myself. However you got some things about the attributes wrong, the attributes use the same system in D&D so I assume it referrers to that. Therefore constitution does not refer to law making, it refers to how tanky you are, how many hits you are able to take before you are knocked down. There is a saying which helps explain it: Strength is being able to crush a tomato. Dexterity is being able to dodge a tomato. Constitution is being able to eat a bad tomato. Intelligence is knowing a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is knowing not to put a tomato in a fruit salad. Charisma is being able to sell a tomato based fruit salad. I hope this gives a better understanding into the attributes and in comparing characters in future SVTFOE book of spells videos.

Its not a mistake. Just read the chapter and Moon is speaking in present tense when she says, _“I think might wait until I no longer have to wear the dark cloak and dresses of the mourning period, which ends two years from now.”_ (The “now” meaning that it is the same year that Moon turned 17 and Queen Comet was killed). As for Moon's learning to “dip down,” Moon doesn't actually say *when exactly* she learned to do so, and only states that Glossy was right and that she _“must”_ learn to do so soon after Comet had been killed.

Based on what season 1 Tom was like, I'd guess that their first break-up was because Tom got jealous of Star not spending a lot of time with him. Like how Marco prioritized Star over Jackie, I feel like Star would've done that when she and Tom were originally dating, but the Jackie in this case would be Ponyhead, as we see how they spent a lot of time together in the bounce lounge. Also Star did mention that in her younger years she went through a rebellious phase, so perhaps Tom had a fight with Star about Ponyhead's influence on Star, and it ended with Tom losing his cool, and them breaking up. Just some thoughts on what it could've been.

The events of “Moon the Undaunted” take place shortly after Comet was killed in the same year that Moon turned 17. Moon herself says as she's about to tell Star about it, that she was “about Star's age (Star was 14 at the time of the episode) when *it* (i.e. Toffee killing Comet) happened.”
