Take a handful of coconut add sufficient chilli powder turmeric powder a teaspoon of coriander powder and a teaspoon of mustard seeds and grind all of them together to a fine paste. You can add some birds eye chilli(kanthari) and little curry leaves while grinding coconut it gives an extra flavour to the curry. Then take a mud kadai(chatty) pour some coconut oil put some fenugreek(uluva), some chopped garlic and small onions. Saute until they get brown. Then add 2 big ripe tomatoes and allow it to cook for just 5 minutes then add the coconut paste and some water. Add some salt, pot tamarind(kudampuli) and curry leaves then allow it to boil. Then add fish pieces and boil until it's cooked. You can add little coconut oil over the top of curry immediately after you off the stove. You will definitely get an extraordinary Fishcurry. Just try it once and you can understand.
