Dave’s voice reminds me of the old story: A guy goes into a doctor to fix his raspy voice, the doc does an exam and realizes the man’s Penis was 3 inches too long and was actually effecting the guy’s voice. The guy was so sick of his strike out rate with women and things he said “do it, remove the 3 inches” (legend has it he had plenty of length to go around) so the doc did the surgery and it was a success... The guy’s voice was perfect and immediately began getting dates and things. Well fast forward to his 3 month check up, everything was great according the doc! As the newly made man was leaving the office, he asked the doc: “hey doc, just wondering, what did you with the extra 3 inches you took out” at which the doctor replied “I threw it away” (be sure to say it in a super super raspy voice (like Dave’s))

Kewel episode. Can verify the David Bowie story, I was there. We were all in Kings Cross, Sydney, & got chased out of a strip club by the bouncers armed with baseball bats (a few shenanigans went down, but won't divulge those, lol). We left, & Jason Jessee said he got a message from Hunt Sales to pick up a book on Fords', and gave us all an address to go to, it wasn't far away, so a few of us went into the private hotel, went upstairs to the Penthouse, the door opened & we were invited in, took a seat, got offered some drinks, Jason spoke with Hunt, then out of nowhere Bowies' girlfriend entered the room & sat down, then David Bowie himself walked out & sat down. I mean, we were a bunch of young skaters, so we all sorta' freaked a lil'. Then he invited us all to the gig, which was on the other side of Sydney. So, yeah, we left, DD corralled us all, & we had all been drinking, we jumped into a minivan that was supplied for us all & started to head to the gig. And yep', the police pulled us over right near Nth Sydney, & they let us go, Jason ended up driving the rest of the way, & when we arrived we were treated like gold by the staff, got took backstage, food, drinks, & hung out, watched the gig. It was purely an invite gig for record executives, etc, completely private, before his tour of Oz. We all definitely stood out, with what we were wearing & our young ages, lol. Was a funny night, & many many more stories from that week, heh heh. I sent DD a few pics from that night, from memory it was Eddie Reatagui, DD, Craig Johnson, myself, Jason Jessee, etc etc, approx 8 of us.
