I really like the way this show handles the Jesse and Jane relationship. First time through you kind of overlook it bc of all the meth dealing action, but they put a lot of good dialogue, realism, and attention to detail into it. Somehow, I missed this episode when I first watched the series through, and never saw Saul’s introduction. I remember being a little confused when he shows up after this, and I think I just kinda figured that either Walt or Jessie had known him before or something. Aside from it being Saul’s introduction, this episode is pretty self-contained, so I never noticed that I had missed an episode. Then after the series was over, I eventually went back and watched the whole series on Netflix. When I got to this episode, I was pleasantly surprised to find an episode of Breaking Bad I had never seen before. Mind was blown. Sometimes past losses become future gains. Always look on the bright side of life. Dare to dream. Excelsior!

Better Call Saul is only 4 seasons in and it’s already a top 10 tv drama ever in my opinion. The 10 best being The Sopranos, Breaking Bad, Mad Men, Game of Thrones, The Wire, Six Feet Under, Deadwood, Better Call Saul, Oz, and Boardwalk Empire in my opinion.

0:27 no its a prequel, a spinoff takes some of the character of the main series and then makes a new series, a prequel takes place before the main series and a sequel follows up the main series. Angel is a spinoff, Better Call Saul is a prequel and The Next Generation is a sequel.
