"Who is she?" That's Keeley Hazell, the person who in-show Keeley is almost certainly at least partially based on. At least, like Keeley, she's a former glamour model who used her fame to springboard into a different profession where she can be judged for her brains rather than what she looks like, she's a long-time friend of Jason Sudeikis, and, well, her name's also Keeley. Difficult to imagine that Sudeikis wasn't thinking of her at least a little bit when he came up with the character.

I haven't watched more than a couple episodes of Buffy so I didn't recognize Anthony Head from that, but I did recognize him from him playing King Uther in the show Merlin. He plays an antagonist character in that show as well. Actually it would be really cool if you guys were to ever decide to react to Merlin. It is a really great show.
