@@supersuede6493 it's really not smart at all. the recordings would likely be illegal and they're meant to show how Dennis is a creepy psychopath who exploits women and keeps trophies like a serial killer. we even get to experience two of his sex tapes in later episodes, one where he tries to bang an underage girl, and another where he awkwardly forces a woman's head down into his crotch while staring into the hidden camera.

This might be a spoiler, but you guys will never learn Waitress' name. In all 16 seasons so far, they've never once mentioned it. There has been some speculation around what it could be from some hints in later episodes, but those have been debunked by the guys on their podcast. To this day, Waitress' name is Waitress.

As previously mentioned, many of us HATED the “trigger warnings,” not to be dicks, but because many of us have dealt with episode-related trauma/abuse/etc, putting the warnings made it seem like those of us with that history NEED warnings, as if we haven’t spent our lives trying to overcome it and have a simple laugh, without being reminded that our circumstances are considered “unusual and uncommon, and that we should be made aware of it.” Being strong is how you deal with life, not being coddled and overly-sensitive. You gotta laugh at even the darkest things in your past. So I’d appreciate it it you’d stop MOCKING your own fans with traumatic events in their past for asking you to stop posting the stupid warnings. (Which you did, but continue to be pissy about it.) Your statement here is rather contradictory. (Or maybe you’re being facetious and I am misreading you.. ?) You want them to be more mindful of your preference to not include the warnings [and to not mock you for it], but then you claim people shouldn’t be coddled. Arguably, your position is over-sensitive; you’re upset over being given options. Content/trigger warnings don’t prevent exposure, they provide one the ability to make an informed decision. Research studies show that people are in fact more likely to view content that comes with warnings. Essentially, the content is seen as “forbidden fruit,” making it more enticing. This makes sense considering the naturally inquisitive nature of human beings. Preliminary research also shows that the warnings themselves could cause distress, which isn’t too surprising what with the brain’s inability to perfectly separate reality from fiction (e.g., reacting emotionally to fictional events). HOWEVER, it’s worth noting that the authors of said research did not suggest elimination of content warnings, but instead recommended that warnings should include instruction on how to better regulate one’s emotional state. (The Normies have occasionally done this, iirc.) On that note- your statements about the need to “laugh off” past trauma is in fact avoidant behavior. [Humor can definitely be utilized to analyze a traumatic event but it shouldn’t be anyone’s lone coping method.]
