The original explanation is slightly different. There are actual regulations around her type of quirk and its use and she uses that as an excuse here. Its still an excuse but it helps flesh out the idea that there are all sorts of rules in place to manage people with abilities like hers.

All For One&One For All Do you have any idea how long ago those boundaries were placed? We’re talking All For One era. Plus, Momo would still need to know the molecular structure of precious metals at a young age with her newfound quirk. On top of that, the molecular structure of a pure element like Gold would make Momo anorexic, and if she was the one who produced the family wealth she’d be nothing more than cash cow for them. She already comes from a wealthy prestigious family, the irony is that she’s already a rich girl so she can just buy the things she makes.

What I mean is that because her quirk is that she produces acid her phone is probably acid resistant/proof in case of accidents, such as getting nervous and instead of sweat her hands leak highly corrosive acid, like how some people put their phone in protective cases, just in case they drop them.

That goes for a bunch of random people in general about a lot of stuff though. Now that you guys are here. This is what Aizawa was talking about. Yeah, when you watch it for the first type, it feels mean of him but he ultimately was right. Yeah, Izu didn't have 10 years to train his quirk but he is reckless. His lack of consideration for what his power does, lead him to this. He now faces the possibility that his career will end before it began for good. He has to find another way to implement his power and think about his injuries. I love MHA for that. The protagonist has to face the full consequences of his actions and rethink his behaviour.

Just another side of the coin of being a hero in this universe...All Might and Endeavor...Deku is more like All Might, Bakugo more like Endeavor who wants to win...the thing about the show is the fact that both are not becoming monolytic like All Might and Endeavor, the both get a little of each and going toward a middle ground ! Save all the people and wanting to win is both part of being a hero in this universe ! What is the point of saving lives if there is no resolution at the end ? And what is the point of winning if all are sacrifice..Bakugo's mindset is just a little more on victory then saving right now, but All Might is still one of his model !

I know this is hard to think about rules are absolute essential in any society 10x more so for a society where 80% of people have a quirk and many of them have quirks that can cause mass destruction. Blazing Nerd Number one is probably pretty obvious. 3x11 was just perfect, it’s the only episode that actually almost made me cry. Number two is 3x23. That was easily the best rivalry fight I’ve seen in ages. It was MASTERFULLY done. The fighting itself was gorgeous. It was a near perfect episode. Fun fact: Gang Orca's design comes from Horikoshi's previous manga series. Also, the Bakugo flashback was something that was shown at the end of Season 2 when he and Midoriya teamed up to fight All Might. This is the part of the story where I feel the hand of the author the most because there is no reason for Iida or Momo to not call the police and have the three of them detained. This whole situation is poorly conceived and would probably lead to them getting killed if they are not careful. For future reference, y'all are not ready for what is about to happen. We are coming up on my second favorite fight in the anime so far, with my favorite still to come. Although these rankings are subject to change with season 4 out.
