I heard that by the time Trump stood up. They have already called the shooter is down. He was dead. The police/secret service sniper took him out already so that's why there was less panic and he was allowed to stand up to get to his motorcade. Of course, they still had to practice caution. You don't know if there was a second gunman. But I do think in that live footage, you can hear if you really pay attention that they say shooter is down. But the entire thing is still unbelievable. There is a former CIA agent that talks about this. If they were tasked of staging an assassination, there is no way you would ever actually shoot the anywhere near the target.
