Delete social medias e.g Instagram, SO many people are posting pictures of themselves with perfect teeth, perfect hair, perfect eyes and a great fit body to go with it, it's so fake and just makes the people who aren't as lucky feel like shit, you can't hate yourself just because you're unlucky and you're noticing signs of balding, you can't be perfect like everyone you think is perfect on social media. 2. Change your mindset, my brother is balding and he doesn't take anything for it apart from substituting shampoo for baby shampoo, he's got the mindset of "oh, I'm balding, oh well, I do love my hair but I can't do anything about it, so I shouldn't be sad." 3. It's about acceptance, if you can't accept it and run around trying to find a solution all your life you will just drain your happiness even more, because sometimes the solutions that work for everyone else won't work for you - and in turn might actually fuck you over even more, causing you to fall deeper into depression. 3. Don't let people's insults get to you, I admit sometimes I do poke fun at my brother saying my hair is way better than his and will always be because he will lose some of his, but he doesn't care, genuinely he will not act the slightest bit upset and rather he laughs with me, and he knows that I don't really mean it. Some people will be different though, and will actually verbally abuse you for it, and in that situation, I just want you to think "This person is doing a bad thing but I shouldn't let that stop me from doing good things," I sincerely hope this finds you well and I wish for your dark thoughts to go away, you don't deserve to have them.

I was considering a hair transplant in Vancouver. Cost is $8 per hair x the number of hairs…minimum 2,000 hairs (grafts?). AVERAGE number of grafts per patient is 4,000. Minimum cost is $16,000 plus tax. Probably much more in Hollywood.

Personal Pros and Cons, I’ve never looked into it but I’m tempted I just know that I’m not desperately needing it but I’d rather stay on top of that than to go for it when it’s too late but I do know you have to keep taking it and then when you stop it falls out easier or faster so you’re kinda bound to it (again maybe not an issue when it’s the better option) any issues with libido, I think that was another side affect but I’ve also heard it’s not an issue?
