I tried doing this before, back when I had no idea what I was doing with geometry nodes. You, along with many other Blender creators on youtube, helped me understanding the foundational basics. Now that I'm regularly using geometry nodes to make quick work of generating trees, flora, terrain, and other projects like this one, I've been picking up useful information that I can add in without having to consult another tutorial. By the way, at 10:47, I realize that you could add in a Vector Math Subtract node (set at .5 for X,Y, and Z) right after the Noise Texture to automatically level it without having to manually lower the grass object.

Fantastic work. I can see so many uses of this technique in the game development area. Thanks so much for sharing this tutorial, the way you explain & your tone are highly motivating. You deserve so much more fame.
