I had the pleasure of seeing Stephanie Mills in concert 🎵 and she was so good! The “teddy bear” TEDDY PENDERGRASS is so Good Looking here! The beard was everything! The women went crazy over him back in the day! 😎He was with a group called Harold Melvin and The Bluenotes. A solo career followed! The LIVE version is fabulous! I love a great duet! Great request! Stephanie Mills is so-GORGEOUS-and-SEXY-in this segment and singing like song-bird too. LOL. Unfortunately Mr Pendergrass is deceased,he died in January 2010 from respiratory failure,he also had a car in 1982 that left him parallyzed from the chest down.

Stephanie Mills was supposed to be Dorothy in the Wiz and could sing circles around Diana Ross at the age of 17. Diana was in her 30’s and went to Barry Gordy and he made the direct change the script gave Dian the roll.
