DJ Lantern did a whole mix tape with Em, 50, G-Unit, Obie and basically just went in on Murder Inc. and The Source magazine was a huge target for them too, it was called Green Lantern invasion and eventually followed by another called DJ Lantern Armageddon. “Hail Mary” remix feat. People can say what they want about Rule but dude had tons of bangers. Unique voice and solid entertainer. Just thought he was street when he wasn't and got clowned when it came to rap beef with real MC's and lyricists. Shoulda just stayed over in that R&B lane, left Pacs name and style out his life and he woulda been fine.
@DeeJoyce Жыл бұрын
He was just as street as 50 lol. They were engaged in a real street beef where people were injured and killed on both sides. 50 and Ja had several fist fight and Ja held his own at a smaller size. 50 wanted Ja's spot because he made the same kind of music but with Olivia instead of Ashanti. 50 isn't a better lyricist he came out with "Candy Shop" and "Pimp" the same pop style music Ja was making. But Ja songs had more feeling. 50 needed Em, D12,Royce, and Interscope Records to end Ja. But Ja shouldn't have spoke on Em's daughter, I didn't respect that! But the other stuff from 50 was jealousy from a petty ninja, Curtis still petty and messy til today lol. Ja is legendary he went against a machine.....

Ja got cut up by the ruff ryders while tryna jump them and then got beat down by G-Unit after they TRIED to cut 50 and got shown what real weapons look like. Dude brought fists to a knife fight and then later on brought a knife to a gunfight lmao. That mf never wanted any real smoke bc there was no streets in his genes. 50 was in the streets moving weight, muscling his way anywhere he wanted to and making bank. Ja was rapping about 50's life not his own. Dude's music is good but nowhere near legendary status for any track, album or actions. He got punked plain and simple.
