Michigan and Ohio have always supported Rush at a truly scary level ! about 1/2 the rockers of northern Michigan will just scoff at you and walk away if you "dis" Rush at all , the other part will beat your ass ! :) haha With Cleveland being the station that started their American "ride" , Ohio will always be a huge part of it too ! No fancy lasers, no hanging on a rope flying into the stadium, no sky-high amprows, no drones and super troupers in Coca Cola coulors. There s no hydraulic stage, no woman in very short dresses, no helicopters and no overpaid superstar. There's no backup and computers taking over if singer's miss the song tune. No safety net But there's hours of practice. There's real heartfelt respect. Perfection in honour of Neil Peart. The finest that they could deliver. And boy, how they delivered. I like the idea, that Mr Peart would have loved it. Of course not visible for them, if he were there. He would be in the last lane, hidden from the crowd, with a Basecap, smiling and a cigarette. From there he might have had smiled. He wasn't the one who liked so much attention, but he had an understanding of mastery. That's what we see here. Masters in their own field, lifting their hats in respect Just stunning and very touching. 👍
