Making good headway. Need to get you a good pair of loppers to cut the vines growing up in the trees you want to save. Raccoon tree looks like some vines large enough for chain saw. When I was clearing the Wisteria from the land I am on, I cut all the massive vines going up the large trees. Within about 18 months, the vines were breaking apart and started to fall out of the trees. If the sap flow is cut now, no new spring growth up in the trees.

I know that you miss Aaron being there with you helping you out with the overgrowth of the privet and the wisteria vines I miss seeing him on there but I’ve watched Aaron on his channel and he is really staying busy in North Carolina at Papa Hughes and Lala’s farm I do wish him the best of luck up there in North Carolina and I wish you the best of luck there on The Old Byrd Farm

Two months ago when I made a comment that the home looked like a pig sty, you admonished my comment in your video the very next day. But as I said at the time, once you clear up the place, you will feel so much better about the work you are doing. You have worked very hard since that time and what a difference it has been. I know it can all be very overwhelming, but once you start, the work speaks for itself. Nice job Robert. I'm impressed.

I really enjoy your tractor work. Good job. Relaxing for me to watch as generation of my family worked on dozers, loaders or any equipment to clear land to build or to make beautiful lakes. This also includes farming. Thank you Steve. 🙏💙

Robert, your doing an excellent job at clearing the privet and wisteria! I enjoy watching your tractor pop the privet out of the ground and seeing the wisteria disappear at the same time. I like it when you can do one thing and it helps another problem out.👌🏻👏😀

I'm slowly getting my bearings. I always thought the servants quarters was closer to the 'campground'. I wish you'd sketch out a map with landmarks I'm familiar with...the house, the barn, the chicken house, the campground, the pasture, the creek, the boat. I do real well with maps!

Robert, great to see you, and another nice brush fire. Glad the baby raccoons are not in that tree, but thinking they are better off more towards the back of the property, or at some point caught by wildlife and moved to a more protected area, like a state park or protected forest preserve. Love the burn and seeing so much cleared out with pushing over all those privets.. awesome at so much you have now been able to do since getting your orange Kubota! look forward to the next video..

Have you seen any more rattlesnakes as you've been clearing? I'm guessing that you haven't as they sense the tractor nearby and decide to leave the premises! After you repositioned the camera around 20+ minutes, the sound was muffled when you talked. When you had the camera with you on the tractor, in the 34 minute range, I saw black on the back of the bucket. Either it was soot from pushing into the fire, or hydraulic oil spraying there, and getting dirt stuck to it. Or possibly just a shadow. Hopefully it was that or soot from the fire. Anyway, good to see all the progress. I had one question. When you first bought the property, or even earlier than that, do you know of actual planted privet shrubs in front of the house? There must have been some, but I don't remember seeing them in any videos. Just curious.

Great music selections! That's what one could say is keeping the home fires burning. How much does one cubic foot of wisteria weigh? Now, how many cubic feet of property have you cleared in total? How much does all that combined wisteria weigh? Answer when you can.
