Its a Barn - da minium, like condominium but with barn instead of con. Its usually a barn type structure, open area structure(kinda like a barn) turned into or built & used as a home.

A great barndominium. Great price as well. Here in Amsterdam you dont even get appartments for that prize anymore. Some appartments were sold for more then 1,5 million here in my street

The barndominium house's have been around awhile, atleast here in Kansas/Oklahoma area, I've always really liked the style of them and having the high ceilings and open floor plan is super nice. Congrats on the new home, it'll be super nice when its finished too!

Both homes look amazing. I am not sure which would be the best way to go. I do like my block structure. But the barndominium looks just as thick and sturdy. If you need it built fast the barndominium looks to be the way to go. Love the sheep so adorable.🐏🐑. Those pigs were huge!!!🐖🐖🐷💛🧡💙

I know someone that made their steel building a split level and the upstairs is their home, downsatairs is their steel building for equipment, storage, etc. It was less than 1/2 of what a new build would cost.

I love chickens. I raised them my whole life, until the last 20 years. This spring I'm going to get some chickens again. I love the fresh eggs, also I just love chickens. They are some of the best pets in my opinion.
