You need to bring an RV tech with you before you buy to inspect the roof check the vents and seams to make sure there is sealant in all appropriate spaces. Check the roof on all slide outs, check slide seals. I work warranty at a repair shop and we have 2023 coaches in right now for lack of sealant on windows and roofs. If you buy new it will probably spend the first 6 months in a repair shop. Best bet is to buy a year or 2 old and get an extended warranty on it. Parts for RV's are scarce. Good luck y'all.

OMG..I used to live in High Springs..moved there for 2 years on horse business. 😃👍🏻 And from experience..if you get a camper with slide outs..and the slide outs are going to be out for a while you’ll need tripods to support them. 😃👍🏻

I love the Sanibel with the loft, The 5th-wheel Cruiser camper, Yukon camper. I like the Avalanche but not enough seating room. Moe Sargi showed it on his vlog recently, So I'm guessing on the Sanibel with the loft.🤔😂 Happy Camping!! 🏕🪵🔥

Hi Omar if you go to Lowe’s in the garden center they sell these green metal plates and you put them at the bottom of your fence and they are supposed to keep your dogs from digging under your fence

We got a trailer last year that is a 30 ft for camping. We got bunk beds as we have 4 grandchildren. Remember the couches and eating areas usually make into beds as well.

High Springs is not far from me, my point is that I am a single man, 64 years old and live in a 37ft travel trailer. I have lived in it full time for 5 months. I only wish that I found this out 20 years ago. A lot of people are living in RV parks full time. My personal physician and his family live in a camper.

I love looking at all those Rvs and campers. I need some extra space myself but can't afford any of those beauties you looked at. I live in a small mobile home and it is very cluttered. There is no attic or basement and no closets to speak of. I hate it but it is paid for and I own it. I am very happy for you and Tiph. You have come a long way for a little happiness. Enjoy it.
