Hello there. I'm a new supporter here. It's very nice to meet you and everyone. A friend of mine shared this video from your Channel with me recently bc she knows I appreciate nature sounds & soft caring spoken words in voice to help me relax from extreme stress, anxiety, sleeplessness & insomnia from a severe trauma-based illness known as PTSD. I've had it since childhood and was professionally diagnosed 12 years ago. Depression follows at times too, especially when those dark negative memories arise out of the blue from negative triggers that aim to get me down causing unwanted reactions that are usually followed by paralyzing fears and feelings of extreme paralysis & hopelessness. Its not easy being a survivor of detrimental childhood abuse and reliving devastating experiences and alarming memories. Ive been fighting very hard to unlearn old haunting patterns and replacing them with new techniques as well as trying to recognize when those bad triggers surface and get a handle on them before they get a handle on me. They usually come via the the senses like sound smell and/or sight. So I've been working for a long time make a good habit of redirectint myself so I don't Domino or fall into a downward spiral. Talk therapy has been extremely helpful along with psychotherapy. And guided imagery (which is what it was called when I was growing up) or todays meditations/ASMR have always been essential to healing and helping me keep calm. On a side note, when I first began my Channel it was suggested by my therapist to talk about depression but I didn't want to stick with that because talking about depression can be a downer for me personally and I wasn't ready to open up to the world. Certain things has caused me to keep many people at arm's length but slowly I've been able to open up more and more with the right people. Anyway we agreed it would be therapeutic to create and share it with others like when I growing up. I used to paint and draw and sketch and write a lot. I even recorded some spoken word on Soundcloud in 2011 with poetry and music. It was a a lot of fun and proven to be therapeutic and I Grew From it but I'm no longer in that space if you know what I mean? Sometimes we just outgrow things. But for a channel I just didn't know it would be about? Many people told me to find one topic and stick with it but that's not who I am nor am I comfortable with the quote, "Jack of all trades Master of nothing" as I find it to be very false guidance because it doesn't apply to everyone. Its also a disheartening message to those who like and enjoy a variety of things in addition to having a plethora of talents, hobbies, interests & gifts to share. So I decided to simply do a little bit of everything. Kind of whatever pops up whenever. And then I got a little more focused with the van life. But Meditations and guided imagery are one of the few consistent in my life that have had amazing results for me since a very young age. When I was 7 I was given a tape recorder for Christmas and I used to record nature sounds and the river and the Babbling Brooks where I lived in different states and then I started to record myself saying positive nurturing things to myself and play it back. The results of my little experiment as an innocent child knowing nothing about guided imagery or what todays generation calls ASMR was miraculous💕 and then I started to seek out self-help tapes and audios and later in my college Years I learned about guided imagery and now as a woman in my forties I finally ASMR quite helpful and unique as well. My Chihuahua absolutely loves it cuz I made a couple of videos doing it for him and I also did a guided imagery just off the top of my head one day when I was walking through the forest early on when I began my channel Last Summer. Anyway so speaking from the perspective of a survivor of injurious abuse and knowing the difficulties we deal with on a daily, I've grown to learn and accept that we need a little extra assistance sometimes so the self-help genre has been ongoing in my life. Although I've never gotten the ASMR triggers per say I definitely find it enjoyable and relaxing. And I'm looking forward to more of your videos. Naturally I have to be very picky per se because I have such deep sensitivities especially through sound because some sounds relate to those past traumas unfortunately. So it is vital for me to preview everything I listen to and sometimes I have others preview it for who are aware of my sensitivities. I used to think being ultrasensitive was a curse but now I know to feel too much is better than not enough any day👍😊. Too, with ASMR, guided imagery and meditation it's also personal and in some way intimate because we are in a way letting someone in to our space and our mind and sometimes our heart. Allowing someone we don't even know to help us. So for me it's very important I feel a sense of safety and good intent within the person I am listening. Thank you for letting me share some of myself here. You are lovely and I know I'm going to enjoy more of your videos on your healing ASMR Channel. Keep in touch if you'd like and have a great rest of the week🙋🏻🐕

Beside from the fact that you are a beautiful girl to look at, you also have one of the most relaxing voices. Especially for these guiding videos. I've been watching asmr videos for years now and you where one of the first I followed, and I've enjoyed your videos ever since. Keep up the beautiful work!

Peter van Eijk For some reason, I seem too find Dutch women have the most relaxing voices for ASMR videos. The two biggest examples off the top of my head are Lilium and Isabel Imagination.

My life began in 2014. Through my seasonal depression this winter, I had to try to forget all the wonderful things that happened to me in the past 4 years and be pissed off at the rest of my time before that year. I know it sounds funny, but that's what I had to do to facilitate a bad mood and depression: forget the past 4 years. Human society broke down back then, and I was enlightened to the reality of my existence. I have, what I consider real friends now, even if they are thousands of miles away and only on KZbin. You wanted me to open up, to consider you more than a pretty girl behind a glass. Whatever I would have done without you I hope I never know.

Larry Kester nice, and do you reckon during your 16 year service that the police get the respect they deserve over there ? In Ireland here they aren’t very liked at all just they are trying to get people video recording them outlawed and their is a great deal of Corruption among the ranks, just wanted to see what your opinion was and what you think of whistleblowers ?
