JT is only the fall gal. ACRA reports to MAS, not MDDI. What JT said is actually irrelevant. If ACRA violated PDPA, a felony punishable by a fine of up to $1m, the Ministry of Law and Home Affairs must investigate to uphold the law. Let's see how they wiggle their way out of this.
