Hi Steve, you're to young to be going thru all this...fortunately your gardening activities will be wonderful exercise for you in a few more weeks. The nerve blocks you recieved preop, can tend to make your lower leg feel painful, give it time, it should resolve. Keep up the activity prescribed and you'll be in fine form in no time. Patience is key. Blessings.

Don't know what you have in England but in the USA we have Motrin or ibuprofen which I find works even better than a narcotic. Plus there's a natural sleeping aid called Melatonin in the USA. Maybe your neck of the world has something similar. You should have notified your Dr about needing something for sleep when you went to see the Dr and even more important your Dr should have asked you if you're sleeping ok and Prescribed some sleeping medication for you. Bless your heart!!! 😢 They know that's a big problem after hip replacement!!

Do you have a recliner? I've slept in one for years because lying down is painful. I broke 14 ribs and injured my knee. Not everything went back right.

I do guyla, just don't seem to like sleeping on my back. Mind you I do like a nice snooze on the recliner :)

Steve I thought it was rather interesting that the advert on your video today was for cannabis. LOL

Haha, funny, being an ex serviceman it was always drummed in to me not to touch it. It's funny now living in a country where it is all entirely legal! 😀

I miss you saying, “How the devil are you!?” Be well and maybe you will find that you are interested in African violets or something. You will do great because you are goal oriented.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Thanks Lauren :) I will soon be out and about. All those leaves laying about the garden are definitely getting on my nerves!
