Being family isn’t an excuse for negative behaviour, and if you’re suggesting otherwise then I have to ask you if everything is alright at home? He was a very poor manager at Ipswich. Couldn’t motivate, bullied certain players, fell out with them, ended up hated. You can tell from his answers to questions about being late he doesn’t have the ability to put his arm round a player and adapt his style. He was a bad manager. Forget his charisma forget his ability as a player. He was a poor manager and he spent millions at Ipswich and was at a decent club that could have been a good platform for him.
