i know... tough habit to beat... they say more addictive than heroin... but less destructive short term i suppose. I'd love to see some studies comparing cancer rates to t6obacco grown without pesticides and chemicals vs the "cigarettes" with all the 300+ additives. I bet a lot less cancer in organic tobacco.

They say it's more addictive. But dude use your own brain! People quitting heroin will have to take of work for weeks the withdrawals are so horrible, you're whole body is aching, a shower feels like getting stuck with thousands of needles, you sweat, freeze and shake uncontrolably, you throw up, you shit yourself, your muscles starts to spasm. The depression is so bad some people kill themselves, you think you will never get better or feel positive feelings again... I smoked before and would not compare the nicotine withdrawal to that of herion... I've heard that stupid statement before aswell but you should not believe everything you hear.
